A new cutting edge system

This is something unique in its kind, a cutting edge and fully automatic system of basket loader and unloader.

The new CIMA’s cestonatore e decestonatore arises from the desire to satisfy the request of a foreign customer, who had problems in the processing of baked beans inside boxes and jars. The system allows to normally fill the baskets and goes past later in this system of automatic repositioning, which makes the product not lightly oiled baking tray because of the starch inside the packaging, during cycle of cooking, before entering in autoclaves for the sterilization cycle.

How does it work? The system, realized through two roller conveyor of accumulation, which permits to store up to 18 grids, works in a production speed of over 500 cans per minute. The rate of processing can be customized to suit your needs, through a touch screen control panel, that is very easy to manage.

The system is also accompanied by a shuttle system, which travels on rails in complete autonomy and it’s equipped with sensors perimeter security.

Another strong point is the possibility to close baskets with a cover, which is automatically managed in a different stock.

The system is momentarily still in test phase, but it’s provided for the installation at our customer in September/October 2011.
